ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Select items for personalization and match guest orders.
• Affix monograms according to guest specifications.
• Assess embroidered items for frayed threads and ensure quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on embroidery machines.

Skills/Knowledge

• 1-2 years retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred).
• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Requirements

• Operate embroidery machine and adhere to safety practices and policies.
• Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Operate point of sale (POS) system.
• Lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
