Store Monogrammer, Part Time Flex, Littleton - Pottery Barn Kids

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Select items for personalization and match guest orders.
• Affix monograms to embroidered items according to guest specifications.
• Assess embroidered items for frayed threading and ensure quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on embroidery machine.

Skills/Knowledge

• 1-2 years retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred).
• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to operate embroidery machine and adhere to safety practices and policies.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
• Ability to operate POS system.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.

Education

• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.

PAY AND BENEFITS

The anticipated pay range for this role will be: $16.00-$17.00 per hour.
