Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview

Responsible for managing store operations, staff, and processes to ensure effective daily functioning and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and evaluate employees; oversee staffing, performance, and safety compliance.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures; monitor sales, profitability, and inventory levels through financial and operational analysis.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation, stock levels, and inventory control; maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Uphold cash handling, security, and loss prevention policies; provide excellent customer service and foster a positive work environment.
• Complete required documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is advantageous.
• Must possess strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and legal compliance is required.
• Bilingual ability may be preferred in some locations.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional outside exposure.
• Must be able to operate equipment and drive as needed.
• Environment is fast-paced with moderate noise.
