Store Manager - Full Time

About the Role

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.
• Provide performance feedback, conduct evaluations, and manage employee development and discipline.
• Oversee store opening and closing, ensuring safety, security, and operational standards.
• Analyze sales, profitability, and expenses to identify trends and control costs.
• Manage inventory levels through ordering, stock presentation, and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate merchandise displays, signage, and inventory records.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy, security, and adherence to financial policies.
• Lead customer service efforts, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and retail operations.
• Ability to interpret procedures, perform mathematical calculations, and solve problems.
• Management experience in retail preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and 55 pounds occasionally, with frequent standing and movement.
