Store Manager - Full Time

About the Role

The Store Manager oversees all store operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. They ensure proper store opening and closing, analyze sales and financial data, and maintain a safe, organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain qualified staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues.
• Manage store inventory, ordering, and merchandising presentation.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and store cleanliness.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and store security.
• Adhere to safety, security, and company policies.
• Complete documentation and support staff development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and operate cash registers.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems.
• Bi-lingual skills may be preferred for certain locations.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Use of store equipment and occasional outdoor exposure.
• Fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels.
• Occasional driving for store operations.
