About the Role

Responsible for managing store operations, employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Ensures proper staffing, merchandise presentation, inventory control, and financial integrity. Provides excellent customer service and maintains a clean, safe environment in a dynamic retail setting.

• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and scheduling
• Train employees and conduct performance evaluations
• Manage inventory and control costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Open and close the store
• Monitor sales trends and manage stock levels
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to company standards
• Lead in delivering superior customer service
• Foster a secure shopping environment and promote safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Management experience in retail (a plus)
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and legal compliance

• Lifting up to 40-55 lbs
