About the Role

Tommy Hilfiger is opening a brand-new store in Tempe, AZ, and we are looking for a talented, driven, and passionate leader to take on the role of Store Manager. This is a unique opportunity to build a store team from the ground up, lead your team through a grand opening, and shape the future success of the store.

As the Store Manager, you will deliver a top-notch customer experience, oversee key operational functions, drive performance, and maintain a high-functioning, motivated team while upholding the standards of our iconic brand. You will conduct strategic business analysis, lead a team with a focus on delivering top-line sales results, and manage controllable expenses. Store Managers own recruitment, talent development, and performance management in partnership with Assistant/Associate Managers.

Responsibilities

• Energize every customer interaction with a warm and helpful approach to inspire sales and build brand loyalty.
• Lead store operations, including opening/closing, driving sales, and coaching the team in real-time while supporting long-term initiatives for team development and store performance.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by staying connected to campaigns and product launches, promoting the brand vision to customers.
• Maintain visual standards by processing, restocking, and remerchandising the sales floor in alignment with the brand’s vision.
• Foster a culture of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand while embracing uniqueness, inclusion, and teamwork.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, act as a coach for Loss Prevention trainings, and lead inventory control (including RFID when applicable).
• Direct payroll and scheduling strategies in alignment with company policy and budgets.
• Conduct strategic business analyses and communicate opportunities with senior leadership.

• Proven ability to lead by example, think strategically, resolve complex issues in real-time, and manage daily operations while supporting broader store goals.
• Energy and excitement around the brand’s goals and values.
• Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated key holder responsibilities and team development skills.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred; high school diploma/equivalent required.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
