Store Manager - Full-Time

About the role

Store Manager responsible for overall store performance, including financial and operational management, guest services, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations, communicate regularly with staff, conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Recruit, hire, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Analyze business trends, develop plans to maximize sales and profits, review invoices, and control assets and expenses.
• Maintain store cleanliness, ensure housekeeping standards, oversee equipment maintenance, and manage parts returns.

Qualifications

• At least two years of management or equivalent experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop plans, and meet sales and profit goals.
• Experience coaching staff and effective communication skills.
• Preferred background as an Automotive Technician.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work at least five days per week, including Saturday.

Pay

$50,000 to $80,000 annually plus commissions and bonuses.
