Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview

Responsible for managing all store operations and personnel to ensure efficient processes including inventory, merchandising, staffing, and customer service.

Key Duties

• Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain staff
• Ensure proper staffing and store opening/closing
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and merchandise presentation
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security
• Analyze sales and financial reports to identify trends and control expenses
• Uphold company policies and procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and merchandising practices
• Ability to interpret procedures
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Bilingual skills may be preferred

Experience & Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Management experience in retail desirable

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 40-55 lbs.
• Occasional outside weather exposure
