Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and federal/state laws. Evaluate financial performance, monitor sales, expenses, and inventory levels. Lead hiring, performance evaluations, and employee development while fostering a positive team environment. Maintain store appearance, ensure merchandise presentation, and uphold security and cash handling procedures. Provide a safe, organized, and welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is advantageous
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising practices
• Ability to interpret documents, perform math calculations, and operate cash registers
• Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds
• Occasional climbing, driving, and exposure to outside weather
• Fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels
