Store Manager - Full Time

About the role

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, merchandise presentation, inventory control, and customer service to ensure efficient store performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and retain qualified staff
• Conduct performance evaluations
• Ensure proper staffing and store opening/closing
• Analyze financials for sales and expense trends
• Manage inventory levels and merchandise presentation
• Uphold cash handling and security procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Skills

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising practices
• Ability to interpret operational documents
• Preferably bilingual in Spanish
