Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service to ensure efficient store performance. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; ensure proper staffing levels and compliance with labor laws.Lead employee performance management, including conducting evaluations and addressing performance gaps.Oversee daily store opening and closing, maintaining safety and security protocols.Analyze sales, profitability, and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock presentation according to company standards.Maintain accurate financial controls, including cash handling, cashier accountability, and security procedures.Ensure a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment, adhering to company policies.Provide excellent customer service and foster a team-oriented work environment.Complete necessary documentation and ensure compliance with operational procedures. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math calculations.Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices.Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Understanding of recruiting, training, and legal compliance in employment practices.Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle diverse situations.Preferred high school diploma or equivalent; management experience in retail is advantageous.Bilingual skills may be preferred for some locations. Physical & Working Conditions: Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional climbing. Must have reliable transportation for store-related activities. Environment is fast-paced with moderate noise, and some exposure to outside weather conditions.
