Store Manager - Full Time

About the role

Responsible for managing all store employees and overseeing daily operations to ensure effective planning, staffing, inventory management, merchandising, customer service, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; ensure proper staffing levels and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures; monitor sales, expenses, and inventory trends.
• Order and stock merchandise to meet sales targets; maintain accurate inventory and presentation standards.
• Uphold cash handling, security, and safety policies; ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster a secure shopping environment.
• Complete required documentation and ensure team compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred depending on location.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 40-55 pounds, and occasional climbing.
• Must have reliable transportation for store-related tasks.
