Store Manager - Full Time

About the Role

Responsible for managing all store operations, including employee staffing, training, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service to ensure efficient and profitable store performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring legal compliance and proper staffing.
• Communicate performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and handle disciplinary actions if needed.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring safety and security.
• Analyze financial statements to identify trends, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, stocking, and presentation according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, security, and safety protocols.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math calculations.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• Bilingual abilities may be preferred at some locations.

Physical & Work Environment

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Use of retail equipment such as scanners, pricing guns, and carts.
• Fast-paced environment with occasional outdoor or weather exposure.
