Store Manager - Full-Time

Role Overview

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure overall efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and performance management.
• Lead store opening and closing procedures, maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
• Analyze operating statements to identify sales trends, control expenses, and prevent shrinkage.
• Manage inventory levels through ordering, cycle counts, and stock presentation according to company standards.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, security, and adherence to financial policies.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and documentation procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform mathematical calculations.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff with legal compliance awareness.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: High school diploma and retail management experience; bilingual skills are a plus.

Physical & Working Conditions

Frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 40-55 pounds, and occasional climbing or outdoor exposure, in a fast-paced environment.
