Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview

Responsible for managing all store employees and ensuring efficient store operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.

Key Duties

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; ensure proper staffing levels and compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures; maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Analyze financial statements to identify sales trends, control expenses, and reduce shrinkage.
• Manage inventory levels through ordering, cycle counts, and stock presentation.
• Uphold merchandise presentation standards, pricing, and signage.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy, security, and store safety protocols.
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster a positive shopping experience.
• Follow company policies, complete documentation, and maintain store tools and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math calculations.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and merchandising practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in retail management and compliance with employment laws preferred.
• Bilingual skills may be advantageous.

Physical & Work Environment

Frequent standing, bending, lifting up to 40-55 pounds, and occasional climbing. Fast-paced setting with moderate noise; exposure to weather may occur.
