Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure smooth daily functions and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.
• Lead performance management, conduct evaluations, and address employee development or disciplinary needs.
• Oversee store opening and closing, maintain safety standards, and foster a positive work environment.
• Analyze operating statements to monitor sales, profitability, and expenses; manage inventory levels and ordering processes.
• Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company standards, control damages, markdowns, and inventory accuracy.
• Uphold cash handling, security, and safety policies, ensuring financial and operational integrity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, complete necessary documentation, and support team development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math calculations.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; problem-solving ability.
• Experience in retail management and hiring practices preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional climbing.
• Must be able to operate equipment, handle merchandise, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
