Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees; conduct performance reviews; recommend pay raises and promotions.Provide employee training; communicate performance, conduct, safety expectations; lead meetings to promote safety and policies.Manage store opening and closing, ensuring proper staffing and adherence to procedures.Analyze operating statements to identify sales trends, expense control opportunities, and shrinkage issues.Oversee inventory management, ordering, stocking, and merchandise presentation following company standards.Maintain accurate inventory levels; ensure store security, cash handling accountability, and safety protocols.Deliver excellent customer service; ensure a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment.Ensure compliance with policies, complete documentation, and maintain necessary tools and equipment. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret documents, perform basic math, and handle cash procedures.Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and retail operations; strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in recruiting, hiring, and employee management; adherence to safety and security policies.Good organizational skills with attention to detail; problem-solving abilities.Bilingual skills may be preferred. Experience & Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is advantageous. Physical & Working Conditions: Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 55 lbs), and occasional climbing. Requires reliable transportation and adaptability to a fast-paced environment with moderate noise. Exposure to outside weather conditions may occur.
