Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview

Responsible for managing store operations, staffing, employee development, inventory, and customer service to ensure efficient and profitable store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain staff
• Oversee store opening and closing
• Analyze financial and operational reports
• Manage inventory levels and merchandise presentation
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising
• Ability to interpret documents and perform mathematical calculations
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Preferably bilingual Spanish speakers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail management experience preferred
