Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview The Store Manager oversees all store operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. They are responsible for recruiting, hiring, evaluating employee performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The manager maintains store presentation, controls inventory levels, and ensures financial integrity through cash handling and security practices. They analyze sales and expense data to identify business trends and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, they lead safety initiatives, promote a positive work environment, and ensure the store runs efficiently during opening and closing procedures. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; management experience preferred.Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to interpret documents, perform math calculations, and handle cash procedures.Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail; bilingual skills may be preferred. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; support employee development and ensure legal compliance.Manage store staffing, opening, and closing procedures.Analyze financial reports to optimize sales, profitability, and reduce shrinkage.Order and manage inventory to meet stock targets and presentation standards.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.Ensure adherence to safety, security, and cash handling policies.Provide excellent customer service and foster a collaborative team environment.
