Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview

Responsible for managing store operations, including staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring effective implementation of processes such as ordering, stocking, merchandising, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and retain qualified employees while ensuring proper staffing levels.
• Oversee store opening and closing, maintain safety and security standards, and promote a positive work environment.
• Analyze sales, profitability, and inventory data to identify trends and control expenses.
• Manage merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment to meet in-stock targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling, and safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Complete required documentation and communicate performance expectations effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform mathematical calculations.
• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent and management experience in retail.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, frequent walking, standing, and occasional climbing.
