Store Manager - Full Time

About the Role

Responsible for managing store operations, including staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure proper staffing, merchandise presentation, inventory control, and adherence to company policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while providing excellent customer service. Evaluate business trends through financial analysis and manage ordering to meet stock targets. Oversee cash handling, security, and compliance with safety protocols. Lead store opening and closing activities, and ensure team adherence to operating procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in retail management and familiarity with federal labor laws preferred.
