Store Manager - Full Time

About the role

This position involves managing store operations, including staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient daily processes.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, hiring, and onboarding qualified employees in compliance with labor laws
• Providing training, conducting evaluations, and recommending pay and advancement
• Communicating performance, safety, and conduct expectations
• Opening and closing the store, managing inventory, and ensuring proper merchandise presentation
• Analyzing financial statements to identify business trends and control expenses
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and safeguarding store assets
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Adhering to company policies, completing necessary documentation, and ensuring operational compliance

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising practices
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and operate cash registers
• Experience in retail management preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills may be advantageous

Physical requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds
• Occasional climbing in a fast-paced environment
