Store Manager (Full-Time)

About the role

Responsible for managing store operations, staff, and processes to ensure efficient daily functioning and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and retain qualified employees while ensuring legal compliance.
• Oversee store opening and closing, staffing, and safety protocols.
• Analyze financial statements to identify business trends and control expenses.
• Manage inventory, ordering, merchandising, and presentation to meet stock and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Provide leadership in customer service, store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Complete administrative tasks, documentation, and team communication effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bilingual skills may be advantageous.

Skills

• Ability to interpret operational documents, perform mathematical calculations, and manage cash procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety policies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and operating equipment.
• Adaptation to a fast‑paced setting with moderate noise and occasional weather exposure.
