Store Manager (Full-Time)

Role Overview The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, ensuring profitability, staffing, expense management, inventory control, and shortage prevention. They lead, train, evaluate, and discipline staff to meet company standards and deliver quality customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage store operations, sales, and compliance with laws and policies.Conduct interviews, hire, onboard, train, and supervise staff.Ensure proper inventory management, merchandise processing, and store appearance.Handle daily paperwork, cash handling, security, and safety standards.Perform periodic tasks like scheduling, payroll, employee evaluations, and price adjustments.Conduct competitor price surveys and communicate findings.Assist customers, resolve issues, and support team performance.Utilize computer systems for reporting, ordering, and documentation. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent, with relevant training.2-5 years managerial, supervisory, and cash handling experience.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.Ability to prioritize, motivate, and train staff effectively.Proficiency in computer use and inventory control.Valid driver’s license and ability to work varied shifts, including extended hours and on-call duties.
