Store Manager - Full-Time

Role: Oversees daily store operations to ensure profitability, staffing, expense control, inventory management, and shortage reduction. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of store operations, including customer service, security, and safety standards.Achieve sales and profit goals through effective operational control.Ensure compliance with government regulations, laws, and company policies.Conduct employment interviews, oversee hiring processes, and ensure new hire documentation is completed.Train, supervise, evaluate, and discipline staff to maintain high performance and standards.Handle daily paperwork, inventory, merchandise receiving, stocking, and pricing adjustments.Monitor store appearance and security, ensuring safety standards are met.Conduct competitor fuel price surveys and communicate findings appropriately.Utilize work-related software systems for reporting, ordering, and documentation, adhering to cybersecurity policies. Additional Duties Include Scheduling staff and submitting payroll.Participating in monthly management meetings and store meetings.Performing occasional price changes, shift coverage, and employee evaluations.
