Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview

Responsible for managing store operations, staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Ensures effective implementation of processes including ordering, stocking, presentation, and sales. Maintains store safety, cleanliness, and security standards while providing excellent customer service. Prepares and analyzes operational reports to identify business trends and control expenses. Oversees merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, and cash handling procedures. Ensures compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations. Coordinates opening and closing duties, staffing, and staff development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret documents, perform math calculations, and manage inventory.
• Knowledge of cash handling, safety policies, and retail merchandising.
• Experience in retail management and staff development preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
