Store Manager - Full Time

About the Role

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Ensures store compliance with policies, maintains a safe environment, and drives sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees; conduct performance reviews and address performance issues.
• Manage daily store opening and closing, ensuring proper staffing and operational efficiency.
• Analyze financial and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and merchandise presentation following company standards.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, security, and safety procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive shopping environment.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols are followed.
• Complete required documentation and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math calculations.
• Management experience in retail preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred in certain locations.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent standing, lifting (up to 55 lbs), bending, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
