Store Manager - Full-Time

Seeking a Store Manager (Manager-in-Deck) to oversee overall store performance, including financial and operational aspects. Responsibilities include establishing guest service standards, managing sales and profitability through expense control, human resource management, and operating cost oversight. Key duties involve recruiting, training, coaching employees, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring policy compliance. The role requires analyzing business trends, developing plans to meet sales and profit targets, managing invoices, and maintaining asset controls. Facilities management includes maintaining cleanliness, merchandising standards, inspecting equipment, and coordinating maintenance. Qualifications include at least two years of management experience in the automotive industry or similar, successful team leadership, goal achievement, and sales performance. Prior technical experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to work at least five days a week, including Saturdays.
