Role Overview The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in executing store operations, including staffing , inventory management , merchandising , and customer service This role involves assisting with recruitment, participating in store setup, ensuring product presentation, and maintaining safety and security protocols. Key Responsibilities Assist in hiring, training, and supervising employeesParticipate in merchandising, stocking, and inventory controlManage cash handling, deposit accuracy, and financial integrityEnsure a clean, safe environment for customers and staffSupport store opening/closing activities and operational reporting Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferredRetail experience is advantageousStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to interpret documents, perform math calculations, and learn cash register functionsKnowledge of inventory, merchandising, and safety proceduresAbility to solve problems and adapt to various situationsPreferred bilingual Spanish skills at some locations Physical & Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 poundsOccasional climbing, driving, and outdoor exposureFast-paced environment with moderate noise levels
