Stockroom & Shipping Coordinator
Mission of the position
Ship, receive, package, label, store, track and issue all High Purity stockroom items. Prepare and package orders for shipment to customers and vendors to meet Mott’s commitments to our customers. Enter all computer transactions through the ERP/VLM System and Carrier software (FEDEX, UPS, DHL, etc).

Key Responsibilities
- Receive materials into inventory as dictated in ISO procedure.
- Print pick lists and maintain them daily until shipped.
- Communicate with Customer Service and Planning for ship dates and partial shipments.
- Pack material for shipments using proper judgement for materials and shipping methods.
- Make all required transactions in ERP/VLM System.
- Lead to ensure accurate inventory transactions and cycle counts.

Required Experience
- Inventory accuracy 100% on-time to customer commit dates
- 100% error free paperwork and transactions
- High School diploma or equivalent. 2-year technical degree is beneficial.
- 1-3 years minimum experience in Stockroom of Manufacturing environment

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $37,500.00 - $56,300.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
