Stockroom Coordinator

Work Location: 5823 Widewaters Parkway, East Syracuse, NY 13057
Work Hours: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Receive material: verify that receipts are undamaged, unpack and compare material to documentation, receive material into the ERP system, and deliver material to incoming inspection.
• Ship orders: pick orders in the ERP system, pack and label material for shipment, create shipping documentation, enter shipments into shipping systems, and transmit advanced shipping notifications.
• Stockroom duties: perform material moves (put‑away, pick for manufacturing, pick for shipments), conduct cycle counts, and enter all transactions into the ERP system via barcode scan or data entry.

Requirements

• Ability to perform inventory counts and process transactions accurately.
• Ability to follow shipping instructions and handle material moves.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Compliance with TTM Export Control Policies and applicable laws (ITAR, EAR, OFAC), including identification of ITAR‑controlled products, handling of foreign visitors, and adherence to export authorization procedures.

Pay

Estimated salary range: $33,185 – $49,778 per year. Additional compensation may include an annual or quarterly company bonus and shift premiums for alternative‑shift positions where applicable.
