About the role
As a Stockroom Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and compliance of our storeroom and storage areas. Your responsibilities will include ensuring clear aisles, organizing shelving, and conducting routine safety audits to meet all safety standards. You will support maintenance and storeroom operations by performing various duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with the Maintenance Buyer regarding the need to prepare orders for operating supplies.
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming parts and materials against packing slips; accurately process receipts in system, label items, and store in designated locations daily.
- Investigate discrepancies, file damage claims, and perform routine inventory reconciliation.
- Execute and manage cycle count processes, including preparing weekly counts, running inventory reports, investigating variances, and updating part information and adjustments within the AMM system.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by generating and analyzing daily and periodic reports.
- Actively participate in all factory safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years experience with inventory management and/or receiving in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, military or related environment.
Skills
- SAP experience (preferred, not required).
- Advanced Excel & spreadsheet skills (preferred, not required).
Pay
The approximate pay range for this position is $42,000 to $58,000 annually. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives.
