Startup Turnover Coordinator

Position Summary

The Startup Turnover Coordinator works under the direction and supervision of the Startup Manager. This role interfaces with construction during system turnover to meet commissioning schedules. Responsibilities include developing, preparing, and maintaining System Turnover Packages, coordinating punch list completion, and providing reports.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5-10 years of experience supporting Project Managers in development projects
• Proficient in Microsoft projects and/or Primavera, and the Microsoft Office Suite of products
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
• Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

• Skilled at typing at a speed necessary for successful job performance
• Knowledge of office communication principles and practices
• Knowledge of principles of business letter writing and report preparation

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the public and co-workers
• Ability to respond professionally to requests and inquiries from the general public
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems in a logical and effective manner
• Ability to perform research, compile, and analyze data, and write clear, concise, and accurate reports
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple job assignments
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
