Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage agency relationships and serve as a liaison between external partners and internal hiring teams
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Conduct phone screens for entry-level candidates and assess basic qualifications
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including reporting and process coordination
Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of recruiting, coordination, or administrative experience in a law firm, agency, or professional services environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Tech-savvy with experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive attitude and interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition
Compensation
Compensation: $33-35/hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
