Responsibilities

• Operate the automated staffing and scheduling system
• Maintain database and system integrity
• Coordinate staffing and determine resource allocation for designated patient care areas based on the standards and philosophies of Genesis Medical Center
• Interact with a variety of people inside or outside the organization
• Communicate with moderate difficulty and sensitivity
• Engage in detailed and lengthy dialogues and exchanges of information
• Require a moderate amount of interpersonal skills
• Deal with moderately complicated problem situations or stressful encounters

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent
• Word processing with a minimum of 40 wpm
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Schedule

Part-time, Evening shift, Monday – Friday with holiday rotation.
