About the role
Provides nursing care and staff guidance for clinical issues under physician supervision, focusing on pediatric patients. Supports provider teams to ensure efficient operations, quality care, and excellent customer service. Precepts new employees, mentors clinical staff, and participates in their evaluation and education. Conducts patient assessments, advocates for children's health, and promotes a positive public image.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to pediatric patients under physician supervision.
- Guide and support clinical staff on patient care and operational issues.
- Precept new employees and mentor clinical staff.
- Participate in the evaluation and education of clinical staff.
- Conduct patient assessments and advocate for children’s health.
- Promote a positive public image of the healthcare facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Active RN licensure in Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in pediatric ambulatory care (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (e.g., EPIC).

Schedule
Part-time, onsite role supporting clinical and team development duties.
