Role: Registered Nurse in the Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU), providing safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care. Key Responsibilities Independently deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process.Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes.Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current IL nursing license and BLS/CPR certification (AHA).Minimum 1 year of acute care or ISCU experience; NICU/ISCU experience preferred.
