About the role

The Talent team is responsible for building the organization that will build the future of humanoid robotics. We partner closely with leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Corporate functions to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent capable of solving some of the world’s most difficult technical and operational challenges. The Staff Manufacturing Recruiter serves as a senior talent partner responsible for helping scale the manufacturing organization that brings NEO from development into production. This role partners directly with executive leaders, owns some of the company’s most critical and complex hiring initiatives, and helps shape talent strategy across manufacturing, automation, test, software, and hardware functions.

Key Outcomes

  • Deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across manufacturing engineering, automation, test, software, hardware, and production-related technical functions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by shaping hiring strategies, talent priorities, and workforce planning decisions.
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across critical manufacturing and technical disciplines that support rapid organizational scaling.
  • Improve recruiting effectiveness through process design, talent market intelligence, interview calibration, and hiring best practices.
  • Elevate overall Talent team capability through mentorship, coaching, and sharing of recruiting expertise across the organization.

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading full-cycle recruiting in highly technical, manufacturing, engineering, or complex operational environments.
  • Proven success hiring across multiple technical domains including manufacturing, automation, software, hardware, test, or related engineering functions.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders, directors, and executives on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with high ownership, sound judgment, and strong execution.
  • Track record of mentoring, coaching, or influencing other recruiters and recruiting teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting robotics, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or other hardware-intensive industries.
  • Experience scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth and operational expansion.
  • Expertise recruiting manufacturing leadership, technical program management, automation, controls, test, and production engineering talent.
  • Experience designing recruiting processes, interview frameworks, organizational hiring plans, or talent programs.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, organizational design, and long-term talent strategy initiatives.
