Recruiter, Manufacturing
About the role
This role will report to the Hiring Manager and is based in Fremont, CA. It is a fully on-site, in-office role 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles in Manufacturing ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for open requisitions
- Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals
- Screen resumes and interview qualified manufacturing candidates
- Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Work closely with internal recruiting team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to create appropriate candidate flow and pipeline to meet overall recruiting goals
- Identify potential and priority candidates through the internal resume database, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing
- Call, screen and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process
- Act as a liaison between interviewers and hiring managers and facilitate interview and hiring discussions all parties
- Maintain reporting metrics and generate reports on regular basis
- Represent the Bloom Energy recruiting team internally and externally
Requirements
4-6 years recruiting or sourcing experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team
Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and a passion for finding exceptional people
Recruiting experience across multiple departments
Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
Ability to maintain strong relationships with all clients including internal/external recruiters, business partners and candidates
Solid business acumen
BA/BS degree from top tier school
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's Degree

Pay
The total compensation for this position includes standard company benefits and is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience. Salary Ranges: $104,200.00 - $149,800.00
