What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
- Efficiently manage time and resources while keeping business partners informed through regular updates
- Use a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent
- Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills be successful in the Tesla environment
- Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
What You'll Bring
- High volume, technical recruiting experience with the ability to efficiently manage an average of 25+ technical, niche requisitions
- Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience, from either a corporate or agency environment, using an ATS and Microsoft Office
- Experience in recruiting engineers or niche, skilled roles + leaders across manufacturing, facilities, or construction
- Demonstrated track record of excellence in full cycle recruiting from sourcing and assessing technical talent to offer negotiation, maintaining awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
- Ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality
- Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment

Pay
- Expected Compensation $64,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
- The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
