What You'll Do
- Design, coordinate, and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs.
- Achieve clinical program objectives aligned with the mission.

- Maintain accurate records of training activities and staff certifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.
- Assess training needs and develop curriculum.
- Implement educational strategies.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to staff.
- Coordinate orientation of all new employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and staff certifications.

Pay
Rate of Pay: USD $95,000.00 - USD $97,000.00 /Yr.
Qualifications
- Valid state nursing license.
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Experience in a nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in staff education and development.
- Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery.
- Inspirational leader with a focus on innovation and quality improvement.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
- Excellent communication, instructional, and presentation skills.
