About the role

The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for conducting education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services. The role also involves assisting with new employee hiring and fostering a supportive and engaging environment for staff.

  • Conducts education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
  • Aids in new employee hiring processes.
  • Fosters a supportive and engaging environment for staff.
  • Champions employee recognition and retention programs.
  • Serves as an advocate for growth and development within the company.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
