About the role
We are seeking a Staff Development Coordinator-RN to lead orientation and ongoing education for staff in a senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Assess learning needs and design in-service and continuing education programs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate annual training plans.
- Create tailored training for all roles.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality care and policy adherence.
- Serve as the Infection Prevention/Control Coordinator, designing systems to prevent, monitor, and report infections among residents and staff.
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license.
- Preferred experience in long-term or geriatric care, with infection control training.
- Current CPR certification.
