About the role

Drive revenue in a defined territory with multiple account teams and partners. Meet or exceed revenue targets by helping AWS sellers navigate sales cycles and accelerate implementations by working with cross-functional teams to originate and close opportunities that drive Amazon Connect revenue. Build deep relationships with customers to fully understand their business, solutions, and technical needs. Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan supporting multiple account teams to drive achievement of revenue and win goals. Create & articulate compelling value propositions that address specific needs of your customers. Build, manage, and close a pipeline of Amazon Connect revenue in your territory. Drive business development initiatives in your territory in partnership with Go To Market Strategy team and Partner Development resources to help expand market penetration for Amazon Connect.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and give business reviews to AWS senior management teams.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of contact center, or 1+ years of work in the customer service/contact center industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to navigate complex sales environment
  • Experience selling into large enterprises
  • Proven track record of sales success over an extended time period

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
