About the role
Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center service that addresses customer service challenges by providing a rapid pace of innovation and a compelling alternative to traditional contact center solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue in a defined territory with multiple account teams and partners.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by helping AWS sellers navigate sales cycles and accelerate implementations.
- Build deep relationships with customers to fully understand their business, solutions, and technical needs.
- Create and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan supporting multiple account teams to drive achievement of revenue and win goals.
- Develop compelling value propositions that address specific needs of your customers.
- Build, manage, and close a pipeline of Amazon Connect revenue in your territory.
- Drive business development initiatives in your territory in partnership with Go To Market Strategy team and Partner Development resources to help expand market penetration for Amazon Connect.
- Prepare and give business reviews to AWS senior management teams.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of contact center, or 1+ years of work in the customer service/contact center industry experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
