About the role
We’re hiring a Wean-To-Finish Senior Supervisor at Iowa Select Farms. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing production goals, and leading a team focused on animal well-being, site maintenance, and production performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead a group of supervisors, independent contractors, and caretakers
- Train in areas such as animal well-being, site maintenance, and production performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including health services, nutrient management, and HR to implement strategies that drive revenue and maintain company standards
- Contribute to bonus potential based on production performance
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- The ability to mentor and coach a diverse team
- Bilingual skills preferred
