Sr Varicent Developer

Job Summary

Responsibilities

System Development & Configuration:

• Lead the day-to-day development, configuration, and enhancement of our cloud-based SaaS Varicent environment.
• Implement Review: Conduct a thorough audit of the current Varicent implementation. Identify gaps, recommend best practices, and make necessary architectural and configuration changes to optimize system performance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of Varicent software development and systems configuration experience.
• Varicent Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise in Varicent (Cloud/SaaS product). You must be capable of architecting solutions and configuring the platform from scratch or auditing existing builds.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Insurance industry is required.
• Leadership: Proven track record of guiding and mentoring mid-level developers and offshore/vendor teams.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with business stakeholders and build confidence in technical solutions.
