What's the Job?

Configure, develop, and support Varicent Incentive Compensation solutions.

Develop and maintain data import processes used to load compensation and performance data into Varicent.

Build, enhance, and troubleshoot compensation calculation logic and business rules.

Develop, maintain, and support reports, dashboards, and compensation outputs used by business stakeholders.

Configure and support workflow processes related to compensation administration and approvals.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of Varicent development and configuration experience.
• 5+ years of technical design experience supporting enterprise applications and business solutions.
• 5+ years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and/or other data management, reporting, and query tools.
• Hands-on experience with data imports, compensation calculations, reporting, workflows, scheduler management, and Python scripting.
