Key job responsibilities
- Produce and maintain detailed plans and schedules for our cryogenic hardware and signals R&D activities (including chip cool down planning).
- You will identify and forecast resource constraints, opportunities and conflicts, which will be used to drive operational decisions.
- You will work across team boundaries to ensure stakeholders are aware of risks/opportunities and timelines.
- You will identify operational gaps and generate recommendations and mechanisms to improve operational efficiency.
- You will work with stakeholders to define mechanisms that optimize the interface points to cryogenic hardware & signals teams.
- You will support leadership by providing programmatic support as required towards the development of any new fab facilities, onboarding or new equipment, and sourcing materials to run our operation.
- Support/lead the development of requirement documents and statements of work for external contracts (COTS and R&D). You will also support or manage these external contracts.
- Identify opportunities and advocate for areas where inhouse developed software or AI applications can streamline our internal hardware workflows. Support the internal roll-out and adoption of these tools.
